Starting in Fall 2018, SAGE will be offering families whose children have diverse needs within the classroom the opportunity to be matched with a one-on-one facilitator.

Each facilitator will be able to:

• Maintain a positive, inclusion based environment for your child
• Help your child transition smoothly in and out of classroom activities
• Encourage independence in learning and self care
• Develop interventions and modifications your child needs to be successful academically, behaviorally and socially
• Form a plan of care and engage in daily and weekly communication about your child's development with parents, teachers and other support persons.

SAGE provides pre-interview, background checks, and salaries to all our experienced facilitators, offering families peace of mind and ease of process.  Our facilitators have a minimum of a bachelors degree in areas such as speech pathology, behavioral sciences, psychology, occupational therapy, special education and other related fields, in addition to hands on experience working with children with diverse needs.  

As a pratice that is owned and operated by a nationally licensed and certified speech-language pathologist, SAGE Facilitators provides the utmost care in hiring, placement and ongoing relationship development from a therapeutic perspective.
